In Android,even if wifi is connected we cant know the password as it has been encrypted. We most have found problem in such situation as we cant be able to share that pasword with anyone.

Step 1:
Many of wireless network is connected via Router and most of the wireless router can be accessed from the IP address 192.168.1.1.
Open browser of your mobile and type IP address 192.168.1.1
Step 2:
Next page will ask username and password to access the Management Portal Page of the connected router(Make sure you are connected to the same wireless network).Username and password both will be admin admin by default.
Type admin in username and in password as well and click enter.
[Now you will be accessing router's management portal page]
Now click on Wireless option seen on the screen.
Step 3.
Under Wireless option you will see Wireless security option,click there
Step 4.
Its done..as you give a look around Password option,the hidden password saved in your android can be accessed.
This method cant be called as hacking as password must have been already saved to your device
